Magnum White Diamond Hot Martini
To celebrate frosty, snowy winter days and indulgent warming evenings.
Makes 1 large martini
1 Magnum Mini white
50mls double cream
2 measures of premium vodka – grey goose for example
1 measure noilly pratt vermouth
Gently melt the magnum mini with the cream and warm in a small sauce pan.
Do not boil.
Add the vodka and noilly pratt and warm for one minute only
Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a curl of milk chocolate for sophisticated indulgence
Magnum Classic Comfort
Makes 1 mug
300 mls semi skimmed milk
1 classic Magnum Mini ice cream
1 teaspoons light muscovado sugar
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Half an orange – very finely zested
Bring all the ingredients to a hot temperature but do not boil, mixing well
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy in front of a roaring fire for ultimate me-time indulgence
